I'm not sure about the cap on the call length, but I think I went through the NH.porcupine411.com audio message log and found one that was 9 minutes 12 seconds long. Yes, it is correct that once the phone call hangs up the message is posted.

I have a question about the 411 number. How long may one record a message? In the case of interactions with police, I would like to dial the number and just allow the message to record for the purposes of documentation. I live in a "one-party consent" state, and I am really considering signing up for my region. I just don't want to start the service if the message terminates on its own after only a few minutes. This could be a wonderful tool for documenting interactions with police. I'm a law-abiding citizen, but I tend to talk back when being disrespected by law enforcement personnel with egos. Also, I'm assuming that the message just terminates (but still posts) once the line is disconnected. Is that correct. In other words, if I am recording, and a police officer happens to disconnect the line after discovering that my phone is being used to record the exchanged, will the recorded message still go through like a normal message? Thank you for any help you might provide. I apologize about asking this question on your page. There aren't a lot of FAQ resources available, as far as I could tell.

This is more a welcome and a test. I really should have had a script to read on this one for the welcome as it took me 10 tries to do the recorded message correctly.

This is just a welcome to everyone to the Show Me STL Porcupine 411 line. Please let your friends and liberty groups in Missouri know about this so that together we can make this a success.
